The consultation consists of a one-to-one discussion providing general professional guidance only. No specific outcomes, designs, or results are guaranteed.
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. The Consultant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment where payment has not been successfully completed.
Clients may reschedule their appointment once, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation and the consultation fee may be forfeited.
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, Clients have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
Advice provided during the consultation is based on information supplied by the Client and is given in good faith. The Consultant accepts no responsibility for decisions made by the Client following the consultation.
All materials, advice, and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Bunker-Safe Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The consultation is provided for informational and advisory purposes only. Should the Client wish to proceed, a separate appointment will be arranged with the Bunker-Safe architect, who will review the Client's requirements and specifications and provide a separate quotation. The consultation does not constitute design services or a binding agreement for further work.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where this is not permitted under UK law. Subject to this, the Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the consultation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By booking and paying for the consultation, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
